Older phones that had a removable battery were easy to reset. It was enough to take it out for a moment and put it back in. But what to do if the model with a built-in battery hangs?
Why is the phone freezing?
Freezing or jamming of the phone is one of the most common problems - especially when we use the phone for a long time. There can be several reasons for the phone freezing. Most often, the phone freezes when its operating memory is unable to handle the tasks assigned by the user.
One of the most common reasons for freezing the phone is:- installed in several demanding applications;
- running too many applications at the same time with memory clogged;
- keeping external memory full;
- use of demanding, heavy graphic themes;
- clogging memory with unnecessary applications and installing them in the phone's memory, not on the card;
- deletion of temporary files, log files and cookies.
Our phone stops responding to the operations it has been entrusted with and freezes. How to "hang up" a phone and bring it to a working condition?
How to unlock the phone - the fastest ways:
If your Android phone freezes, the solution is to perform a soft reset. To do this, press the volume up button and the power button simultaneously for 10-15 seconds. The phone manufacturer's logo should appear then and a melody should sound. After a while, the device should be ready for use again. Another way to check if the first one doesn't work is to hold down the power button for 15 seconds. Everything will look the same, i.e. the logo will appear and after a few seconds the device should be back to normal. The third way is to hold down the power button and volume down at the same time. Everything else will look exactly the same. These methods may vary depending on the phone manufacturer.
In the case of the iPhone, the reset process is very similar to that of Android models. You must simultaneously press the wake button and the Home button for 10 seconds. Then the Apple logo will appear and you will be able to use it again in a moment.
